American famous Pop singer Pink says she had COVID 19, in a post that criticises the Trump’s administration handling of the crisis. Pink said on Instagram that she and her three-year-old son, Jameson were suffering from COVID-19 symptoms, but have now recovered. This superstar also mentioned to her fans to stay safe at home whilst donating 1 Million US dollars to an emergency relief fund. “Two weeks ago my three-year-old son, Jameson, and I are were showing symptoms of COVID-19,” she wrote. “Fortunately, our primary care physician had access to tests and I tested positive. My family was already sheltering at home and we continued to do so for the last two weeks following the instruction of our doctor. Alecia Beth Moore, known professionally as Pink, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, record producer, spokesperson and model.
However, posting on twitter, she said they had since been re-tested and were “Thankfully-Negative” Shes added, “It is an absolutely travesty and failure of United States Government to not make testing widely accessible. This Illness is serious and real. We must make testing free and more widely accessible to protect our children’s, our families, our friends and our communities.”

She continued in a direct appeal to fans: “These next two weeks are crucial: please stay home. Please!” Pink, born Alecia Beth Moore, announced she was donating $500,000 to both the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Emergency COVID-19 crisis fund and Philadelphia’s Temple University Hospital Emergency relief Fund in “to support the healthcare professionals who are battling on the frontlines every moment in this lockdown time.” Pink added: “THANK YOU to all of our healthcare professionals and everyone in the world who are working so hard to protect our loved ones. You are our heroes!”
